What people ask before they send the file

These notes are practical. They describe how a Singapore PR studio structures work, how a media programme is scoped, and how personal data is handled. They are not a warning poster. If your question is missing, write to the Temasek studio and we will answer it in SGT working hours.

A presentation room prepared for a briefing
How is a PR engagement structured at Amplify Your Voice?

We begin with discovery: a conversation and a written linen brief that records the public narrative as we heard it, the gaps, and the engagement model that fits. Message architecture comes next — the claims an organisation will stand behind, and the lines it will not. A media programme is designed only after that spine exists: who should hear the story, which press materials are needed, and how spokesperson briefing will prepare the people who speak. Working cadence is named in SGT — weekly for a retainer, denser for a sprint or launch counsel — so corporate communications leads know when the studio is at the table. The file stays written. Representation follows the writing.

Who do you usually sit with?

Founders who are about to be more visible than their team is staffed for. Corporate communications leads inside Singapore corporates who want a second desk for reputation management or issues counsel. Brand and PR managers who need narrative counsel without a large supporting cast. Regional scale-ups that treat Singapore as the APAC communications hub and want one voice register that can travel. We also work with professional bodies when thought leadership needs a system rather than a single speech.

How is a media programme scoped?

From the linen brief, not from a wish list of rooms. We name the claim, the audiences, and the journalists who would reasonably care. We name the press materials the spokesperson actually needs. Scope is a sequence and a cadence. It is not a promise of volume. Media relations remains a conversation with a person on the other side of the table — often a Singapore desk, sometimes a regional one. If the story is not ready, the programme waits. Shipped, not shouted, applies here with particular force.

What does a typical working cadence look like?

A reputation retainer usually has a weekly pulse under SGT working hours, plus a short note when something in the file moves. An issues and preparedness sprint is denser: a handful of working sessions, written holding lines, and a rehearsal. Launch counsel sits around a date. Leadership visibility and stakeholder communications builds have a start, a written system, and a close. We would rather name the cadence in the first brief than invent it mid-stream. The city-state market is small; missed check-ins are noticed.

How do you handle personal data from the form and from telephone or email enquiries?

The contact form posts to our own handler and the message is sent to hello@amplifyyourvoice.pro — the same mailbox printed in the footer. We use the details to reply to the enquiry and, if an engagement begins, to administer that professional services relationship. Consent for the form is given by the checkbox; it is not pre-ticked. Telephone calls to +65 6437 5218 and emails to the same mailbox are treated as enquiries under the Personal Data Protection Act. You may ask for access or correction by writing to privacy@amplifyyourvoice.pro. Retention, purposes and the Google Maps embed are described on the privacy and cookies pages.

What timezone does the studio keep?

Asia/Singapore. The desk is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. Messages that arrive after hours wait for the next working morning. APAC communications work still uses Singapore as the home clock unless an engagement note says otherwise.

How do crisis preparedness and day-to-day counsel sit together?

In the same cabinet. Issues counsel is cheaper when the public narrative already exists. A preparedness sprint writes scenarios and holding lines against that narrative. If you later want a retainer, the sprint file becomes the starting stack rather than a souvenir. Crisis preparedness is a capability and a process. It is not a promise about how a particular week will end.

Can we mix engagement models?

Yes, when the mix is named. Launch counsel often inherits a stakeholder communications build. A media programme often sits beside a reputation retainer. Stacking every model at once is usually a sign that the brief is not yet a brief. We will say so. The programmes page lists the six shapes we actually use.

Where is the studio, and can we visit?

8 Temasek Boulevard, #12-05 Suntec Tower Three, on the Suntec / Marina Centre corridor. Visits are by arrangement during SGT working hours. The contact page carries a map pin on that address. If a visit is not useful, the form, the telephone and the mailbox are enough to begin.

An engagement at Amplify Your Voice is communications craft: reputation counsel, media relations and related briefings. Particular press results, named-outlet appearances, coverage counts, audience sentiment, share-of-voice, league tables, follower numbers and commercial outcomes are not part of the promise. Communications decisions stay with the client. The relationship is a professional services engagement rather than an investment product or financial advice.
